Absolute c**t , sad excuse for a man 

no one would have given a fcuk if he had just topped himself , but he had to take out another five with him , seems it was his way of trying to make himself significant 

Proper investigation of why he was allowed to have a gun license in the first place and why it was returned to him after an assault 

Hopefully they will make it much harder to get a license in future and review them regularly

Really is difficult to understand. Cowardly and demented, are the primary thoughts that come to mind.

We see it all the time over here. Violence is repulsive in all respects. But especially gun violence when killing innocents.
