Standing on the merry-go-round as it went around, the out of focus background changes although the angle and framing of the prancing stallion stays almost the same.

Would hazard a guess that it is on or close to Beach Rd down towards Mike's mall.

It was me moving rather than the roundabout.  Locus is not near Mike's Mall and not on Beach Road.😃
