Well I am back in Nha Trang. I got here during TET and it has been very crowded. Hard to cross the road due to traffic. People wheeling there luggage around looking for accommodation. However the weather is fantastic. 

I have a room with a balcony overlooking the northern end of the beach. The balcony railing is nice and high but I don't think I really trust it..

My hotel. The skinny one on the end with the Novotel not quite in front of it.

My hotel does have a roof top pool but it is small and without cover. Unlike the Novotel pool and this other hotel pool for the adventurous. 

What the nightlife like in Nha Trang ? , I visited once , but that was about 30 years ago 

Like the optical illusion of the lounge chairs mounted about a meter high on the wall.

Unfortunately I cannot say. A lot of it for foreigners seems to be about partying at the beach and restaurants. There are bars in the better hotels to visit. For the locals it's probably different but I don't go out at night. There is no bar scene here like Thailand.

This place. The Blue Sea is where I drink in the afternoon. At night they replace the tables and chairs with bean bags for the chill crowd. 

There is a small red light district in the southern suburbs consisting of karaoke bars. You pass it going to and from the airport. Karaoke bars are generally the place to get women in Vietnam in my experience. 

And out came the bean bags. 

This is a very well trained cat.

It's now November and Christmas is coming to Nha Trang.

There is a ledge but f***d if I'm going out on it.

 

From the morning walk. These ladies had been dancing and singing to Happy Birthday for quite a while. I couldn't tell if it was any bodies actual birthday or maybe a work thing.
