The answer is, it depends how seriously you take your photography. I pay £9.99 per month for a package which includes Lightroom and Photoshop. I have pretty decent camera and lenses. I process all photographs through Lightroom and some through Photoshop. I also play around manipulating photographs with photoshop. I think the answer is that if you are interested in photography per se, then it (or a similar package) is a must. During the lockdown, I have spent a lot of time at home and have learned more about Photoshop/Lightroom from Youtube videos.
