Yup, I was chatting to a girl in The Sergeants Mess (which was a small bar further down that road on the left and became Super Leks) and she said that it went down hill when a Police Captain started using it and expecting free bottles of whisky and free sex. Then he started bringing in a few mates which basically meant less paying customers.
