I remember when they were talking about a points table. You could run 3 red lights and knock someone over at a zebra crossing before you would be banned under totting up rules.

That "Failing to stop for pedestrians at a crosswalk" will be a nice moneymaker for them as well, especially when combined (as it should be) with the first one.
