Phuket - Recommendations for Private boat hiring

Does anybody body have recent experiences with hiring private boats in Phuket?
I so can you give me your recommendations.

I have a few days in Phuket in November and want to take a Private boat to see some of the islands.
This is my personal preference instead of a (big) group boat.

I've gotten a few off Google but it's hard to gauge the quality experience

I would suggest 5 star Marine too!

Especially if price isn't an issue.
