  2. Whilst I don't disagree with that comment, soi 6 has an amazing selection of girls right now ranging from your tug o war team through to 35kgs wet through spinners. I think the saddest thing for me is that you could probably get a decent tug o war team out of many gogos now too, both in Pattaya and Bkk.

  9. Yeah Nikon makes great equipment too......the technology these days is amazing as far as these DSLR's and Lenses. Are you happy with your Nikon? We have come a long way since I first bought my first camera 50 years ago in 1974...Minolta SRT 101....scraped by as a struggling college student to buy a "Vivitar" 135MM lens for concerts...can never forget using a roll of 36 Kodak Ektachrome film back in the day. The challenge was after you took your first 36 pictures, could you unload it at a concert, and re-load your next roll of film without dropping it LOL! Yeah and a few "bong hits" didn't help either LOL! 20 or so years ago, Costco started taking slides and transferring them to a CD.... Glad I survived all of it back in the 70's...these concert pics and others are priceless to me.

  12. I wish they would stick to a traditional Thai diet. Whatever happened to the typical Thai girl's description of: Long black shiny hair Five feet 4 inches tall 45 kilo's, wet through. If Soi6 put out a ladies tug of war team they would not have a shortage of prospective anchor women.

  21. Main reason for the testing was because of my family history, both my parents and sister all died from cancer in their 50’s, so I was high risk, but everything has been okay.

  25. Problem with living alone, as many know, is lots of food comes in packs for couples or families..... so the brioche rolls I bought came in a 4 pack, and as two were consumed yesterday, there were two more sitting staring at me. Yes, I could have thrown them in the freezer, but that is already full of other goodies... The fridge had some mince, onions, Tommy k and cheese in.... so....

  26. I have somehow become a watermelon farmer now too... I have about four plants spidering their way aimlessly in all directions and I now have four or five watermelons growing quite big now.. The thing is M'Lady insists that she didn't plant any! My theory is that they came from a cow's arse! Y'see I mentioned about a month ago that I was distributing sacks of manure around the orchard for M'Lady to empty out for planting. These sacks are from her sister's cows next door and I've seen her brother feeding them watermelons!! I don't care as long as they taste nice !!!

  30. Haven't eaten from this Indian for many years because it went down hill fast. My mate said it was back to it's former years, so I decided to give them another go. Very watery curry, but tasted ok. Won't rush back. Chicken vindaloo, chicken tikka Masala, saag aloo, tarka daal and garlic naam.

  32. For last night's dinner we went back to Seventy Farenheit to try some more dishes from their menu. Wife had a Mango salad to start followed by a White Snapper Green curry with noodles, I had garlic bread with cheese followed by a braised beef cheek with baby carrots and potatoes. Finished of sharing a caramelised apple on shortbread with ice cream. After our meal we moved upstairs to their rooftop lounge for some cocktails and chill-out music.

  33. It is M'lady's 58th birthday today!!! We were up early (as usual) and headed off for a 90 minute drive that took over 2 hours due to her and her sister both using different satnavs on their phones....!! We headed off to Wat Phrai Phatthana via a Border Crossing point to Cambodia ....... but I did a U-Turn despite their insistence that the temple was straight ahead!! There is only one photo that has nobody in it ....
