davethailand
Love this colour. Alfa Romeo 8c red or Rosso Competizione. £1500 option on my car when new although I wouldn't pay that. Luckily bought mine secondhand with it on already. Named after the Alfa 8c below. 🙂
Lirchenfeld
I am not a driver myself, but as already mentioned cars today are generally dull looking. I don't understand why people want cars in light coolours, they just look dirty (again) 30 minutes after washing them. Dark cars gets sauna hot inside on sunny days. Red, yellow and green seems to be the most fitting colours.

Smiler
Used to play rugby against a side called the 3 9s who were made up of Ambulance, Fire and Police personnel. I remember a couple of traffic coppers saying they used to play speeding snooker with car colours......

Love that. Mine looks a bit cheaper than the 8c in that colour. 😄
lazarus
These days I like lighter colors as I park outside and the weather grimes up the car. In the past though I went for darker colors...here's one of my favorite Beemers...( a repaint)

I have, quite literally, just finished helping a mate restore his 400. The Brake servo was fun. Awesome cars, frightening performance even from a 400, so God alone knows what a 500 would have been like. We found it had the wrong ECU in it, one from a Range Rover, so performance was down a bit, when we put the new and correct ECU in, the thing was like a bloody rocketship. Red and tan, what an cracking combo!.
