Siam Addict Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 A friend of mine who was last in Thailand 3-4 years ago has offered to sell me Thai notes that have the old kings portrait on them, are these still legal currency?
Aqualung Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 My TW tells me they are still legal tender and I hope she's right because we have a few bhat in Thai notes here. If not, should be possible to exchange them for newer ones.

I get cash from a Kungsri ATM here in Jomtien and they're still spitting out the old notes, so should be no problem. 1 1
