A few weeks ago, there was no indication that the structure was going to be condos. If that is still the case, and it being unlikely that it is an office block, we must assume it is another hotel.

It seems that people still have confidence in the tourism sector, or maybe that is just the Chinese tourism sector!

Last time I was up close and personal with it I do not remember anything in english to answer that m8, condo or hotel

They also have one in Harbor which is always dead I've never seen a single person in there

We are a 5 minute walk away. They have very strong wifi.... And no customers to use it..so we sometimes walk over. Most of the traders have gone now, especially on the IT and phone levels. Lots of attractions for young kids but they also seem deserted

Looks like the Nirun area market has been successful enough they're ready to start on an addition.

And over on the Soi Xzyte grounds new drains have arrived.

One floor up now behind Maxx Central.

I was told by the taxi guys on the corner next to Nirun they're building a 7-11. Couldn't be happier as it will save me a walk of about 100m to the other one nearby.

Pouring footings today for the new 7-11 next to Nirun.

Looks like another large structure is going up on the Soi Xzyte grounds. Some beautiful, blue skies today too.

The foundation pillars aren't very deep, so it won't be a tall, heavy structure.

The parts for the 7-11 were delivered this morning. They have the building of 7-11's down to a science, so it'll be interesting to see how many days from the pouring of the footings to the grand opening.
