Waiting in new terminal for doha flight. Must be thai restaurants somewhere ,but I opted for a mcdonalds breaky and can't be arsed moving from these comfy chairs at my gate. I like the design and set up tho,plenty of space,at the currency exchange she didn't have Qatar riyal,and only 50 notes fir British currency,need a few more eaterys tho unless there's some up the other end.

The one way sois between 2nd and Beach Road work quite well. Very rarely do you see somebody going the wrong way, and when you do it seems to be ignorance of the traffic system rather than arrogance. I think the new system will work and that it will be adhered to..

I used to countersign passport photos in the UK for work colleagues and once I think the passport office called me with a couple of questions out of maybe 15 to 20 times doing it.

I had exactly the same thing on my PC a few days ago. You enter your password and click on the bar but nothing happens. After 20 attempts I gave up and just used the app on my phone. I've noticed recently that they've been changing the layout of stuff on the website, which is confusing to say the least. A month or so back, after the website simply refused to let me send money anywhere but to myself, I sent them a very strongly worded e-mail with various references to onanist chimpanzees and programmers with an excessive Oedipus complex. I kind of thought they might have banned me for that, but no, the app worked fine. It's probably their 16-year old website manager taking 30 minutes off playing Call of Duty to muck up some code that was working perfectly well before. Or else they're just following the likes of SCB and trying to abandon the website so they only have to maintain the app. Remind me how many hundreds of millions they made in profit last year, they must really feel the need to save on expenses. lol

A couple of questions to clarify the problem you're having. Are you getting any kind of message after you attempt to log in? Is it a case that after you click login nothing happens? If yes, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Are you using a bookmark to the login screen? If yes, try starting from Wise's home page and click on the link to the log in page from the home page.

Agree. Soi Honey isn't wide enough for two way traffic and making Diana one way will help relieve the bottleneck that often occurs at Khaos Corner.

I much prefer subtitles to dubbed films or series , I tried to watch the Squid Game dubbed , but quickly reverted to the original version with subtitles

Flew Ethihad Abu Dhabi to BKK today. 2.5 hour lay off and then had to wait ages for a crappy little shuttle bus. An hour late taking off, but they have built so much slack into the timetable it was on time!!! Thought the seats, entertainment system and food were excellent. Going to try Emirates next time. The transfer was so shambolic I'd be loathed to use them again. 2.5 hour lay over and you still don't get an air bridge. Thai airways at BKK way better at shuttling passengers.

Just finished binge watching the last three episodes of Shogun. I thought episodes 8 & 9 were outstanding. Both I would rate 9 stars. The final episode was almost as good as 8 & 9. Outstanding performances all around by all the actors. Sure hope they continue the series with another season.
