Popular Post Krapow
It's our first night in Ao Nang, and we always go to this Thai place called 'Family' as it's Family run. It's up a wee alley of the main drag, but is aways packed as it's tremendous, and so cheap. I just had this pineapple rice, 70 Baht. And fried fish in chilli and garlic, 180 Baht. So 250Baht, and it was fucking lovely. Get free watermelon etc as well. 3 1

Painter
Kaprow moo something... Fried belly pork krapow... the motorbike restaurant on soi 15 told me what it was, but I've forgotten. Only discovered it on my last day after watching her make it for a local... Mind you, western basil is too strong for it. 4

That pizza and yesterday's veggie Kiev are 2 things that I would order for their own individual merits rather than just for vegetarian reasons .... but in my case washed down with red wine .. Thanks for enlightening me mate !!
thumper63
I think this place was the American BBQ and Steakhouse just down from Flame. The vanilla milk shake was Devine and the Cajin fries were really good. I would not order the burger again though.

I was going to mention adding sun dried tomato but didn't want anybody to think that I had become a Posh Whoopsie !!!

Popular Post Krapow
Fucking lovely, all for 860 Baht! What it also includes is a coconut shake, plate of homemade (or at least not frozen banged in the deep fat fryer) spring rolls, and chips. So about £20 for the lot. Outrageous value! I like their coleslaw also, but a small portion. Very nice place, great service and atmosphere. Every meal I have had there has been excellent.
