It was a saag tofu which I added some mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Fills it out but with low calories.

Creamed spinach is a popular side dish to lessen the spiciness of vindaloo etc... Saag paneer is spicier ....... and tastier if fried onions are added !! Popular Post coxyhog
In the UK Marks & Spencer have started doing their Gastropub range of pies again. They used to be superb & this Steak & Old Peculier Ale version did not disappoint. With pease pudding, veg & gravy. Delicious but lots of cals & saturated fats....but it's a rare treat. Edited April 7 by coxyhog 2 2

A good hollandaise sauce should have a bit of tang (lemon juice I believe).
thegrogmonster
A bit of western fusion here as there wasn’t enough of either to go round. It was delicious. Spaghetti bolognese, omelette and baked beans with a bit of bbq pork on the side. Edited April 8 by thegrogmonster 2

Popular Post thegrogmonster
It is some sort of soup and the shop only sells this one meal. I don’t speak Thai and the cook doesn’t speak English so I have no idea what the name of the dish is. 3

Popular Post Horizondave
Knocked up a sticky chicken and cashew nuts. Was lovely, but it is pretty heavy on the salt, so suggest using reduced salt soy sauce if needed. I love the taste of Hoisin sauce. Topped with spring onions, sesame seeds and chilli flakes.
