Oishi has an all-you-can-eat option at the Oishi Eaterium at Central Festival.  I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds similar to the Oishi buffet that used to be on the second floor of The Avenue.

It's not cheap at about  ฿800 (including 7% VAT), but it is still value-for-money because it's more than  sushu and sashimi.  The Eaterium has a whole array of  88 Japanese and "international" hot and cold dishes, from soups and appetizers through main dishes and desserts.  I'm  not sure I can do justice to 800 baht's worth of food in one sitting.  You have 1 hour 45 minutes in which to eat all you want.

I’m sure it’s great quality, but 800 baht or less can buy me similar back home. Priciest buffets I’ve heard of come in around $50, or 1150 baht, but that’s for unlimited crab legs - similar, if not same, as the stuff on Deadliest Catch. Best one I’ve seen value for $, is $17 for lunch, at a Native casino. When I go there, same dilemma as you Evil, I cannot sample half the stuff I’d like to because I’m already full. And at 325 pounds, that’s saying something !

Did it last year, was very nice, mostly had the steak cooked to my liking. Though wouldn't do it again.

The one in the Avenue was much better VFM, though less choices, did it a few times.

Gonna do the seafood one at the Hilton this Friday..

Edge Sunday brunch incl. wine for 2800 baht is over €80 p.p. for lunch.

Wine is the killer. Like in many restaurants, even in the West.
