Time for dinner back near the 2 colored river. There is more action on a graveyard.

Staff works from 6 pm to 1 am for 150 Bt plus tips. Tips are rarely given by the young customers.

Entrance for Thais 20 Bt, car 50 Bt and Farang 400. A bit greedy

For 400 b they can go f*ck themselves.

Otherwhile, nice T.R., even if temples are not my thing.

Enjoying the trip report. TFP!

Thought the deal was most places will let you in for the Thai price if you have a Thai drivers license. At least that's been my experience at several places, especially when traveling with the Thai family.

Showed my Thai DL at both places. They told me if I have a Thai ID then I would pay the same as Thais.

The girl we chatted with was from the Laos side, probably same as the remaining staff. No minimum wages for them.....

Day 4: returning to Chaiyaphum via Sisaket where we visited Wat Phra That Suphannahong.

Received some bird droppings on my shoulder, so my missus encouraged me to by some more lotterie tickets, after having bought some a day earlier, when a snake was crossing the road.

Not far from there is a new temple under construction: Wat Pa si Mongkhon Rattanaram.

Standing a bit out from all the others. Who said they look all the same?

The roots are powdered, so it is easier to read the winning lotterie numbers.

What they don't know, they are looking at the wrong tree. That is the correct one.

Of course I bought all tickets with containig the number 30.

Now back in Chaiyaphum. Spent 1 day less than planned. Maybe tomorrow we visit Udon or Loei. Or we go back to Pattaya and think about what to do with all the money we will be winning next week.🤑

I won !!!!!

🤑🤑🤑🤑

Ok, just last 2 matching numbers. With 2 tickets = 4000 Bt.

Still more than we spent for all the tickets.

No, the number wasn't 30.
