Working on your core is the best way to help  ...I had really bad sciatica around 12 years ago , I had some injections to help , but I've also been doing reformer Pilates since then ... makes a huge difference and I haven't had a really bad attack since .. 🤞

Heres a place in CM , they tailor the sessions to your fitness levels , they even offer a free trail ...

I had a Chiro and a Physio both say that pilates is one of the best non invasive treatments for lower back pain and lumbago.

I have terrible posture when sitting. That has led to back pain from years of slouching. What has helped quite a bit is wearing a back support. Hasn't cured my slouching, but it does provide much needed support to the lower back and in turn has elminated the lower back pain.

My hot baths on ocassionl do help very much, and are just so damn relaxing anyway. Conditioning has helped tremenously and things are improving, although there are days when it flares up and the naproxen helps.

I have'nt had a bath/jaccuzi in 40 years (always shower) unless i've had a lovely or two around for some fun lol

NB - Just piss taking mate, i understand why back pain sufferers have them but i've just never bothered.

With my previous long term house (25 years) I never took one.

When I moved into my next condo it had a huge whirlpool type bathtub. When I got into that thing it was like heaven.

One of lifes simpilest and greatest pleasures for me.
