That’s a positive of going vegan and not eating processed and fast food rubbish.

Very sad to hear, very talented songwriter.

But his lifestyle probably took its toll, you can only abuse your body so much before it gives up.

R.I.P Shane, saw him live as an 18 year old before the Pogues had released a record. Brilliant songwriter.

18th December will be the 23rd Anniversary of Kirsty Macoll's Murder Accidental Death.... Mexico and Thailand joined at the hip ......

Let's hope this will never be forgotten ..

"All In The Family" is about as big as it gets in classic American comedy. Had a tremendous impact, and exceptionally good acting. But, Norman Lear made it all happen. A ture great American.

NFL fans will remember this guy…..TE Frank Wychek of the Titans/Oilers franchise gone at 52 after slipping at his home in Tennessee. Was a crucial part of The Music City Miracle, which was exactly as described…a 1-1000 play

Brain will be donated to science to research possibility of CTE, a blocking Tight End wouldn’t surprise me if he would have had issues…..but what a freak way to go…RIP
