He turned into a side street right alongside us and the whole load fell off and every bag split open and spread his load of buttons all across the main road. Thousands of buttons of all colours and shapes strewn everywhere. I was surprised just how quickly passing Thais scooped them up and disappeared into the throng surrounding the guy and his motorcycle.
