And I'm thinking of cutting a bacon chop from Siamburis into chunks rather than using rashers!! As an aside. The best liver and onions I have had in Thailand was in Chunky Monkey. The amount of garlic, the size of the chunks and the way it is cooked is Bonnet da douche .. or dare I say it the Creme de la menthe! Evil Penevil Posted December 16, 2021 Share Posted December 16, 2021 A casserole of tomato, zucchini. minced shallots. bacon bits and fresh basil baked on a bed of yellow rice. It was topped with mozzarella and Mexican blend cheese. The rice soaked up all the juices from the tomato and zucchini. Really good taste! It turned out better than expected.
