I asked for a mushroom omelette with my leftover curry sauce inside it.I first had a curry omelette in Holland in the 70's & love it. Got my usual omelette of cheese,onion & sliced green & red peppers,plus Thai chillies. With my curry sauce & some mushrooms on the side.
