Ripe bananas, dates, olives and carrots are how I intend to keep myself "regular" because I'm a right miserable fucker if a miss a shit by an hour let alone a day! The wife buys bunches of bananas and just puts them in a plastic bag with an apple and leaves them to go almost black outside and inside. Then she makes delicious banana cakes or banana bread with them. Apparently, if they are almost black they are much sweeter and have a stronger taste.
