Ahhh...the grandson of my very own KGPC10 Hako. The R32 GTR with a questionable wrap lol.

They came with, at the time, some revolutionary tech on them. Oddly enough I've never been on one!.

Had a '62 that looked very similar, except had spoked wheels.

Well done and with w/w 👍 have you got a pic ?  i just loved the TR range and bought a TR4 and TR6 in the early/mid 70's, they were both impressive pussy magnets, perfect for a single guy in his early 20's lol. The TR4 had the standard steel wheels but the 6 had 72 spoke w/w, god it looked good.

I left my pics of these 2 beauties in the UK with my son 🙁

Gorgeous cars, the TR (up until the TR7 range) were stunners. I had a TR6, 2.5 PI on a 72 plate,  great induction / engine sound and being so low to the ground made it feel quick. The metering pump threw up a few issues but overall it was great fun. 15 inch wheels (steelies) but with the chrome dish. My gf at the time said it looked like a rollerskate!.

Shame it all went so terribly wrong with BL and Triumph. They produced such beauties as the TR's, then such utter turds as the TR7 and Acclaim.

This looks like a great place to visit,  open to the public?.  Any directions appreciated,  have transport.

V8 Fastlane is a restaurant on top of Soi Siam Country Club, opposite Taco house and 200 m before The Outback Sportsbar.  Can look but no touch.

German owned, food is nice, several German beers available, San Miguel White and some other beers on tap.

I was really pleased to see this Urraco turn up to a Car show today. smaller than I expected but a great thing to behold.

I could smell the old spice, and brut 33 from a mile away.

Notice the relatively skinny tyres as compared to today's supercars.

The TR7 was a disgrace imo, what a truly awful TR to follow all those great models. The TR6 Lucas fuel injection system was a tad basic to say the least, on a hot summers day i occasionally would have to pull over into a petrol station and make use of the air line to cool down the pump in the boot otherwise the heat would evaporate the petrol before it got to the injectors 😒

Looks like a 90’s Toyota Celica? Don’t know why they quit producing those, great bang 4 $.

Annoyed the hell out of me when I moved to Western Canada…cool car with kids my age, but they all pronounced it Suh-lee-kuh. Sellica!
