Fish and chips for me, dippers and chips for Kataleya and 12 Oz gammon for Porn. Great portions and good prices. Great portions and good prices. Champion post mate! Oddly enough it reminded me of a place over on the Darkside near the lake. I have no idea if it still exists. Owned by a Welshman I do believe. If I remember correctly it was also a little resort and on Sundays people dining there could use the pool too! Anyways. This place is never busy especially at lunchtime. It is on the old road to Resolven parallel to the A465 so little traffic, mainly locals. I saw it from the A465 every time I went to Merthyr so one day just popped in. Got Felinfoel Double Dragon on draft and the food is good. The fish and chips was £9.95, the gammon £12.95 and Kataleya's meal £5.50. Massive car park opposite and a play area for kids. Love the place.
