Popular Post boydeste
Better late than never, I came home with several pouches of curry paste, thanks to @Painter. Tonight I threw an onion, 400ml of coconut oil and 250g of chicken in a pan with a pouch of Penang paste. Served on a bed of Mexican rice. Very happy with the outcome and will be bringing more packets home next trip. @Binlidhas put me onto another paste to try here too, but that's for another time. 3 1

In fact maybe today as I am going to the market. Do you slice up your on chicken ? Is that brown rice hidden under that lovely sauce ? If so, wise choice. Yes, I cut up the chicken and the rice is Mexican rice from Uncle bens, plain rice would have been better, but I didn't have any.

Uncle Ben's is loaded with sodium. I am trying to improve my intake of sodium and sugar, constant battle. Brown or wild rice is much lower in both. Over here when eating out not easy to get. I like to save the sugar calories for beer.
