Makes me feel guilty with your healthy eating !

Normally I eat mostly take aways, but with this lockdown I have taken to doing a little cooking and found out that I like veg more than what I realised.

Miracle, miracle, they had veal at Carrefour....

Made it sliced in the pan as the Miss is not a fan of roast in the oven...

Showed her a video on Youtube about preparation, insisting she cut in thin slices but of course she knows better (all Asians do)... Then when eating she goes "not enough cooked" .....😤😤😤  I gently reminded her who sliced and cooked it.  Lesson learned I am sure.

Anyway, nice change from beef, pork or chicken...

Mixing it up this week.  Beans on toast with added cheese. Lovely.

Oh noo.....  Lovely ? Now I understand God put you guys on an island !

Joking mate, I know the obsession Brits have with beans.  But on toast ?  To put it gently I'll pass !

You should try it, nice thick bread, toasted to your preference, mine is lightly done so that the butter soaks in nicely. heat up the beans and stir in your cheese of choice, mine is usually a strong cheddar or blue cheese.

Enjoy!!! :default_biggrin:
