Rompho Ray
Found this parked outside the gym I've been using: My friend Google tells me it's a 1956 Ford Parklane Wagon. This is my current ride: 2019 Civic Si. Nice little runabout, plenty of pep on tap considering the 40mpg it gives me. 1

Rompho Ray
Anywhooooo... While researching something else I ran across a video review of the same generation Honda Civic Si as I drive (one model year newer; pic posted earlier in this thread), including a professional racing driver taking it for a lap on the track. Thought some BMs on here might find it interesting. https://www.carscoops.com/2020/05/what-does-a-pro-racing-driver-think-of-hondas-2020-civic-si-coupe/

Looks like it’s being charged in a Granny charger, so probably take a couple of days depending on size of battery and what Amps the charger is set too. Hope the electric socket in the building is up to it, as most, if not all 13amp sockets are not designed to run at 10 Amps for hours on end, it’s a serious fire risk. Kind of like watching fly's f**k. That’s the problem when mains power is 110V. I charge my car overnight in the UK on 240v on cheap electric (5pence per Kwh) and my 68kwh battery is full using my 7Kwh charging system, usually within 3-4 hours as I sleep. Actually, the battery is never empty and usually has 30-40% or more charge when I plug it in at night. Did the calculations on what “fuel” in the form of electricity has cost over the last 40,000 miles that it’s done in the 2 years we’ve had it. Worked out at 1 pence per mile. 👍 We also have a diesel car that has sat on the driveway for 2 years with just the occasional short journey and can’t remember the last time I put fuel in it or how much it cost, but it’s gotta be North of 15ppm.
