Look at the twisted bonnet, and the bad fit of the top of the drivers door.... I know the panel gaps on 70's Porsches were bad, but not that bad lol!. You're right, the wing / door gap is way out, but I think the bonnet has just not been correctly closed because surely no one couldn't help but notice something like that, I mean it's the first thing you see. It's lipped up all the way along so even at the drivers eye level it doesn't sit true. Then again who knows.
