@ghostcars001 sticker on the back window is new.  I have searched the internet against that name and have been unable to find any links to this vehicle or what it represents.

Found more info on the car by searching on "thailand car caked in mud". That led me to this news article from 2020.

Mud and brush covered car draws attention all over Pattaya City

Did a shake of my head when I read this...

"Prasert said some people, including law enforcement, were worried about his visibility, especially at night, but he clarified with them that he had full visibility in the vehicle. He said local law enforcement officers inspected the vehicle and said that it was roadworthy."

I would think full visibility would include the ability to see out the back window. At the time of the article, this is what the back window looked like.

What's he want for it?

$4k - runs strong...some performance upgrades (mainly suspension). Could use a little tlc in the looks department, but not much.

Hasn't been driven to any extent the past couple of years and was parked outside. Needs to sit in the sun with the top down to air it out a bit...

Imo...a good restoration project car for someone who likes to tinker a bit...just add a few $ here and there. I have a couple of boxes of parts that go with it.

A fun old roadster to drive on a sunny day out to the coast. Four cylinders...good on gas.

Seem to be popular: https://www.cars.com/research/mazda-mx_5_miata-1999/consumer-reviews/
