I grab this thing, call out to wifey and she says "You need to call the Dentist in the morning" It felt absolutely normal, no pain at all etc. Seemed like the "bite down" was normal. Get to the Dentist the next morning, she tells me you are lucky you saved this, I can re-cement it back for you as it is in good shape still. It saved me $1,400 as she only charged $100 to fix it and all is well. She did tell me your teeth will move if you do not fix it....even at 65 years old? Yep..

Ah the hazards of the aging process huh?

It is a little way from the main tourist areas but I am sure there is a shuttle service. I would also think you may not need to go into the main tourist area as the hotel itself, is lovely and you will spend most of your stay at the Waterpark which is complimentary to hotel residents. That would save a lot of money as it is not cheap to buy entry from outside.

I will be using the bar in September when I am there. The bar on the 27th floor has a great glass walk out area that might scare a few, but for great drinks and nibbles it is a lovely place to relax and look down over Hua Hin. Singha at 160 baht and Sam Miguel Pilsen at 250 baht, not to bad for a great hotel. Cocktails at 350, if your lady does drink but soft drinks around 60 - 80 baht I believe.

If I was going with Porn and Kataleya, it would either be the old Novotel (Radisson now) up towards Cha Am or possibly the Holiday Inn. I have already booked the Initial in Soi 94 but I will be solo and it is a great location and residence for bar hopping.

Well, just read this and not trying to be a "shill" for any one band but....Aerosmith is calling it a career. Good Lord, Steven Tyler has had an incredible run and at age 75, it is time to call it a career. Well done to them. 

Las Vegas residency back in Sept 2022, wifey loves me for ever now.  Yeah I know, "Dream On" huh? LOL!

These guys play all the music you want to hear and they play it just the way we all have heard it over 50 years. Playing all the big cities in USA and I surmize into 2024, they will go to Europe and do a farewell there too.

Whereas the Rolling Stones have repeatedly been on their final tour since the 70s.....

 

I remember as clear as day when they played in Dallas in 1982 the news repeated endlessly how that was their final final final last forever tour...THE END....Forever..............

The T.V news was even intervening some dumb Schmucks in the ticket line......Joe 6pack was saying I can not afford these tickets but I have to see the Stones because THEY WILL NEVER TOUR AGAIN.....LOL

Ozzy has been doing farewell tours since the 80’s.

Was due to tour with Judas Priest in the UK this year but his health issues have finally caught up with him and he canceled.

Yes, most bands seem to keep going after announcing retirement from live gigs. 

I remember seeing The Who at the Cotton Bowl, Dallas in 1982, it was there farewell tour, almost. Believe they are doing concerts this summer 2023.

I broke a tiny and I mean tiny bit off a rear lower molar a year ago and the Dentist put in a bit of resin or something. It took literally 2 mins for the filling and to set it with the UV light.

Woke up to the predicted warmer weather, relatively LOL.

Time to get my fishing kit together and head off to the big lake.

Haven't been fishing here since October last year so am totally out of touch with the lakes.

Very much looking forward to 3 days lakeside, the wildlife is waking up and hopefully the fish too.

Yesterday, I finally got around to fitting the sons new LG Oled 65” TV in the garden room we built for him.
He had a friend sleep over last night and they played games on his Xbox until midnight and folded down the 2 sofa beds and slept until 10 am this morning, when the wife served them breakfast. 🤗

So the task today, is to fit some floating shelves for the Xbox, the Sound Slayer sound bar and the Internet mesh system and then the garden room will finally be finished. 

Thank god. 🥹

For some unknown reason I am unable to edit my posts once posted. I wish to absolve myself of all hatred by the grammar police for my 'there' when it is obvious it should be 'their'.

I write too quick and think too slow is my excuse.

65 Inch TV's are good, we got 2. One in my "man cave"  ( Samsung) and one downstairs ( Hi Sense)  Well done to you for getting that set up quite nicely.

Don't be so quick to talk for the rest of us. It's a slippery slope. Posters start with homonyms, but what's next? These aren't just grammer pet peeves they're linguistic blunders of the first order. I would shorten the edit window if possible, if anything too many BMs are slipping through the net.
