galenkia Posted December 28, 2023 Share Posted December 28, 2023 A few hours ago my beloved sister Jan passed away. She was only 57 years old. She was the most amazing person I have ever known. Spent all of her life working as a nurse for the NHS, the last 25 or so years as an ICU nurse. If it wasn’t for Jan I would not be alive after my girlfriend Grace took her life. I really was in a bad way. Just shows how cruel life is when someone like this gets to die so young. Stay strong and let the bereavement process take its course. You gave her the care and love she deserved and you couldn't have done more. She didn't die alone.
