What is wrong with me?.

Recommended Posts

Earlier I fell asleep. And when I woke up I couldn’t remember anything, it slowly came back . I am very shaky and my legs collapsed. I like up two flights of stairs so I will end breaking my neck.

Any opinions?.

Too much wanking. Wait until at least the morning before banging another one out.

Alternatively, and probably more sensibly, as no chance you'll stop wanking, ring NHS 111. They answer 24/7, it's free, and will give you much better advice than asking on a sex pest forum :default_biggrin:

Go on, call them, they answer fast, are decent IMO, and can get you an appointment with your GP/Hospital or whatever a lot quicker than you could, if they deem it required. If not, they'll give you advice, follow ups or whatever.

Oh, and stop wanking ...

Get it checked out immediately Alan, no since in playing it safe. You have come a long way in using common sense, giving what you have been through. Don't let that change right now for sure.

Keep us updated..

I have had an inner ear infection before. Could not stand up without getting dizzy and falling down. Spent 3 days on the couch.

Get on your phone, have a friend or someone come get you and escort you to a clinic or the E.R.

Mayo Clinic Q and A: Dizziness Caused by Inner Ear Crystals

https://newsnetwork.mayoclinic.org/discussion/mayo-clinic-q-and-a-bppv-dizziness-caused-by-inner-ear-crystals/

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, or BPPV, is one of the most common causes of vertigo (dizziness). BPPV is characterized by sudden bursts of vertigo that are caused by head movements, such as sitting up or tilting your head. What leads to the development of BPPV isn’t known, but it’s more common in older adults.

Once you develop BPPV, the bursts of dizziness typically occur after you change the position of your head, such as when you roll over in bed. BPPV also may cause nausea and possibly vomiting, with a feeling of lingering fatigue, queasiness or a feeling of imbalance. Without treatment, these symptoms may last for as little as one day to as long as weeks or months. Fortunately, with proper diagnosis, a simple procedure may be all it takes to treat BPPV...

Sounds a bit like Vertigo mate. I've had a bout with that in the past.

But I echo others and urge you to get it checked out by a professional.

Well you did ask.

Not a criticism but is "like" a typo for "live"?

Hopefully you get some advice as recommended by Krapow and others. I really hope and feel this is a short term, one off condition which doesn't affect your lifestyle. You've been doing a lot of exercise, the 2 flights of stairs shouldn't be a challenge once you recover.

Yep.

When I had this many many years ago. I feared that it could be something that would end up being reoccurring.

Fortunately I only had the one episode of it.

If I am not mistaken, there is still no cure for it.

A curse almost as bad as migrane headaches. At least for those they have some pretty good meds now for those.

You made a few posts a couple of days ago to say that you weren't hungry and didn't fancy eating anything (understandably of course!). Perhaps you are back eating again..

IMO go out and gorge on a rare t-bone steak washed down with a bottle or two of chateauneuf du pape cheese toastie and coffee in Bracknell town centre. You always seem to be at your happiest there ... Get those calories in your body !!

Good news. And you probably are feeling some relief in having a better understanding what may have happened.

Probably inner ear or sinus related.

But always be cautious when judging symptoms. Can be a stroke. In those cases the sooner you get treatment the better off you will be.

Yep.

A stroke can be reversed and permeant severe damage avoided if treated quickly.

That's good news. But it could happen again and you need to find out the cause and get checked over starting with a blood test. Sometimes these events can be a wake up call. I'm not a Doctor, but common sense tells me that you need to find out the cause of the experience you had.

Derek is right, could be low blood sugar, or even a "blood shunt" as you woke up. Your BP may have dropped low due to not eating as well, so getting up from a relaxed, low BP state into movement and activity , your body may not have been able to keep up in its current situation. The body will pull the blood from the legs into the vital areas to keep things functioning, hence the weakness (like a "knee trembler" but less fun).

anyway, I'm purely speculating on the above and most probably a 99.9% chance that I'm wrong.

Even if you didn't call 111, go to the GP if you can get in, or get a telephone consult. They'll get you to check your BP and / or probably call you in for some more tests.

It literally could be something from what @Glasseye said, an inner ear infection right up to something more serious. Get it looked at.

Big cheers to both of you guys.

Basically I eat a pack of crisps and about half a sandwich. Basically live on water in my flask.

Take a lot of different supplements so I am getting some goodness in me.

That is just a snack between lunch and dinner.

And how much of that? Probably also not enough.

Supplements don't supply basic nutrition, just some supplemental elements and maybe some vitamins, both of which you will get enough with a sufficient and balanced diet.

Based on what I have read in this topic, my diagnosis is malnutrition. I recommend you start eating regularly and enough, otherwise you will be the next entry in the obituary topic, something a lot of us wouldn't like to see.
