Chappo Posted May 16, 2021 Share Posted May 16, 2021 Made a roast dinner I normally buy a whole chicken and then spatchcock it, as i think you get a better all over cooking and nothing goes to waste. I marinated the chicken in bbq sauce / olive oil / celery salt and some lemon juice for a few hours whilst defrosting). Potatoes are par-boiled (some nice Royals are in Makro at the moment) and then tossed in olive oil / some herb mix and of course Celery salt. Gravy is made from oxo's and a roux, i then add the potato water to the gravy and thicken with flour. only some frozen peas for veggies 🙂 4 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
