Golfingboy
Whipe I was chowing down at the hot dog joint, I ordered this About 500 baht but ir completed my 6th order, next one is free! You have any clue the newfound discipline I have, to just walk in the house with this and put it all away until tomorrow? The old me was waiting about an hour & grabbing 5 slices….minimum. 3

I came across this recipe on YouTube and it was super simple and I can't believe I've eaten any that is any better. If you like pork belly and you don't like to go through the hassle give this recipe a try I knew resistance was futile.... 1. Need a sharper knife 2. Vinegar. Only the best at 13b a bottle. None if this imported expensive rubbish 3. After 1 hour at 80° 4. After 15 minutes at 200° 5. After 15 minutes at 200° skin side up 6. Rest for 30 minutes and cut Bloomin' good, even if the waistline tells me the opposite tomorrow... I was going to plate it up with a lettuce leaf and couple of pieces of cucumber, but... 4

If so, we pay around 8 to 10 pounds for a large good one from somewhere like Dominos in the UK. 1
