The favourite so far is Absolut or Russian Standard. Cutting down on the calories and the cost as I am now staying in as Autumn is here in the UK. It will be interesting to me how it works out when I am in LOS for a month before Christmas

Found an octagonal G&T with an octagonal mat. All is well with the world now... Or it would be if it was a G&T rather than a gin and soda water. Tried to send it back but the complaint was translated to the bar staff as this tastes like water so they just fired more gin in. Someone saw I still wasn't happy and intervened and the result was add more gin. Tastes pretty crappy but it's sure going to work.

Horizondave Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 Haven't had a drink since last Saturday but will be popping out to the Paddington Packet Boat for a few beers later (near the Grand Union canal in Yiewsley, West Drayton), I did see some wooden paneling up on the windows last week (hope temporary) so if not open I have these two babies waiting for me in the fridge.
