Your taste buds are similar to mine, I don't really like sweet drinks.Ā  Porn prefers the rose to white and never drinks red.Ā  She also like the Koppaberg cider, I must admit I have tried it when needing the non alcoholic version but not a normal drink for me.

What is the Honey Dew like by comparison to the ESB or 1845 please?

Very different from the 1845, that's a rich strong ale. The Honey Dew is only 5% (soft drink for you), quite light and refreshing I recall.

Thought I'd get after all the sun we'd been havingĀ šŸ™„Ā The Brewer's Note giveĀ a full spiel

"Brewed to 5% ABV, Organic Honey Dew imparts gentle honey sweetness both on the nose and the palate. Orange fruit flavours rise from the yeast, while the First Gold hop adds its own citrusy notes. Refreshing and zesty, itā€™s the perfect companion for salads and Thai foods."

It sounds like it's a ''summer'' type ale. I probably wouldn't like it, so won't try until the mixed pack is available again.

Have had a coupe of the Honey Dew, it's OK but not that great.Ā  There's many better summer ales out there.
