Mum has just had her second knee replacement so just finished mowing her yard. I would mow her yard all the time but she likes doing it herslf. Had to buy her a battery powered mower as she was struggling to start the old petrol one.

My condo is on the 6th floor so its the perfect height for Pigeons... Pigeons use to hang out on my balcony and shit all over the place... I found these swirly reflective things on Lazada.... They said these were Pigeon deterrents... I had Low Low expectations they would work.... But let me tell you Pigeons are absolutely terrified of these things.... Not a single Pigeon has been on my balcony since I put them up...

Was looking at some past pics last night, wifey had girls night out. Want to throw some "shade" at her this morning. This pic was taken in Feb 2010 right, at this time we were in the "courting process" still. What I mean is I was " sizing her up" to see if she would be the new Mrs. Yessongs in the future LOL! During this time her Mom was still alive, she was deathly afraid of her Mother..as in when we went out here when I would come visit, she would dress like a Catholic Nun...it was depressing, I need to see some skin! Sadly her Mom passed away in 2013, when I came here for my annual visit in 2014, after I was "on tour" with my buddy Jim, I got to her house, she was dressed in these white booty shorts, form fitting tight blouse and now we're talking. I asked her about it and she said " I cannot dress like you want when my Mom was around" I let her off the hook and told her "Ok I understand" I was a kind and caring nice guy back then LOL! Her outfits are now in the Yessongs standard when you roll with me I love kidding around with her. One of you guys has to have a similiar story....would love to hear it.

I believe the password reset on PA was in response to a few dormant accounts getting hacked. It was noticeable because there were spam posts from BM's who had many legitimate prior posts, but hadn't posted in several years before the spam posts started turning up. That doesn't appear to be an issue on 247, so no real reason to force BM's here to reset their passwords.

Something may have got lost in the translation, but if I heard the ladies correctly, the new bar where Fever used to be is opening this Monday and the name will be "It's So Bad". Like I said, I think something got lost in translation even though I repeated the name back to the ladies to make sure what I heard was correct. I'll be watching for the bar sign to go up for confirmation on the bar name.

Thankfully our national coffee chain’s location where the train stops, and my bus to the suburbs begins, was open at midnight. Really felt like heading into the city & grabbing the first train at 5 am, but after that little incident with the Arabs & 20 drinks in September…..this was more sensible Hope Mum has one or 2 🍩 left when she wakes up at 8 am….The iced cappuccino is delicious as always

As previously said, if you feel the need to change your password, it is easy to do yourself. I personally hate password change enforcement, because I then have to remember what I changed it to. Was my biggest hate in my last job, where due to the security access risk, we had to change it every month on 3 different systems and you can't reuse a previous one.

Looks like there was a room fire at the Edge condos that spread to the exterior cladding. To the credit of the Pattaya Fire Dept and The Edge for using non-flammable cladding, by the time I got there the fire was out.

Good info in general all. Prior to buying our house, where for some reason there is not much of a pigeon problem, we lived at VT2A for 7 years. VT2A has a lot of pigeons. Lots of talk on their board on how to combat them. In general it was thought that: Fake owls etc are a waste of money Keeping a balcony clean of pigeon poop helps some. Nothing attracts pigeons more than pigeon poop. Spraying some cockroach spray on the balcony rails may help some as well as WD40. The smell and slipperiness for their feet may help. In general I liked tossing water at them. I would try and nail the ones on the ground in the parking lot. Got 2. 🙂 I hate eff'n pigeons.

After leaving the Starbucks with full intentions of going to see Phil, for some strange reason I turned right instead of left and ill be damned if i didn't end up on Soi 6. Now where else in the world can you do that. When home in Colorado I dream of being on Soi 6... and damn it here I am.

Yep, and the GF seems to have even greater debt woes than usual and, being the sensitive, supportive type that I am, I told her to fix it herself, I'm not bailing her out again. The gardener wanted to borrow 40K Baht off me a few months ago as her new office supplies business needed capital. I said no. Then a week ago she was trying to borrow money from me to get her phone fixed, and again I said no. So she's got two businesses at least that I know of, yet she can't afford to get her phone repaired? Of course, in a country of 70 million, a couple of anecdotal tales like that mean nothing, but they didn't used to be as disorganised and insolvent. My guess is they're listening to complete crap advice on social media and losing their money that way. Which on its own is irrelevant, but scale it up by the millions of people who might be in similar situations and the banks and country could have a serious problem.

As far as I aware, we have never been hacked. Whatever PA may decide to is up to them.

In years gone by I have always stayed a week in the Queen Vic. I'd start off with one week at Shhhhh. Then the QV. Then Billabong ( before it got so damn noisy)Then a week on Soi8. I liked staying in different locations as they are all have different atmospheres.

well finally caught upwith a long time lady who worked in classrooms back in day shes in her late 30s still slim as hell one tattoo on her arm.works in living dolls had a chat a few drinks and catch up.then dropped bombshell living dolls haas been bought by a indian guy or company so last night 14th march.all staff are moving to sensations from the 15th march.so looks like another one gone to the indians no idea what they will turn it into though
