Signed : A bitter, bored, broke, rinced frog ..... VIVE LA VIE ! Nice hunk of fish looks grilled perfectly. For me a lazy, no lose way to grill or pan fry a nice fish steak is to marinated (even briefly) in Italian dressing. Cook until the juices begin to spurt out and gets a nice browning to the flesh. Lovely and easy. Edited December 8, 2019 by Glasseye

Esco
My mate from Middlesbrough brought us some fresh Yorkies (next to bacon and Irish saucages) so decided on a little Sunday dinner. Didnt have roast beef or spuds so steaks and chips had to do. Tasted great all the same. 1

coxyhog
Charlie Bigham's is a ready meal lot in the UK but they're better than most.Cannot cook in the microwave it has to be in the oven.Cooked some broccoli & runner beans & gravy to have with it & it was really tasty. There's an upmarket steak restaurant near us(Miller & Carter) & that bottle of Kiwi Merlot is £24.The same Kiwi bottle cost me just over £6 from Sainsbury's. 2

On both occasions the food was good and certainly not expensive. Mrs JL had a beer and I had water. Bill was 500 baht. Several years ago I visited the place and was not impressed. There is a European Manager/owner now. He makes himself known and asks customers if they are enjoying the food. 1
