Seems super harsh, OK 5 years fair enough and 10 years at a stretch. But 25+ years later WTF?

Can't escape your past, always comes back to haunt you.

Companies are super careful who they employ. Way it is nowadays.

In Area 51, a kids play zone in Neath with my daughter. All I can say is I am shocked at the size of some of the kids, especially the girls. Bottles of fizzy drinks in one hand, crisps in another. Wow they are so obese.

Ok, they are kids but after a trip to the dentist the other day, Kataleya only has 2 snack days a week. Luckily it is just her teeth that need assistance, her physique is just fine and hopefully will not become like some I saw today. Why can't some parents be more responsible for what their kids eat.

Really can't be arsed with it. DBS was because it's working for a company that deals with insurance claims.

Gonna chill for the summer and worry about shit later in the autumn, got plenty of dough in the bank so f**k it.

Clearest guide to your case Al is NACROs link below.

If you declared it on the application form and then got a job offer they can't withdraw that offer because of relatively minor offences in 1996. They themselves know that ........being a QPR fans is a protected characteristic under the 2010 Equalities Act. Sort of .......... anyway NACRO guide mentions insurance companies etc...

That's the thing Sean, I just ticked no convictions, always lie on job applications, just got found out this time.

f**k it, worry about work later in the year. Sun's out, been out on my bike, over the park, gonna enjoy summer. Life's too short to worry about shit like work and money. Think COVID changed a lot of people attitude towards their lives.

Cheers for taking the time to look up the links though mate.

There's always Waitrose distribution center near my house.🤣

Been sorting out fishing tackle the last few days ready for a trip to France. Should really of done it earlier as I found a few things missing where at the end of my last trip last year I binned what was a bit worn out, including my plastic dinner plate.

A quick trip locally to a shop that sells anything and everything got me 6 throw away plastic plates designed for parties. That should get me through the week. Curries and rice I can eat straight out of the saucepan, but other stuff like sausages, burgers and steaks it's nice to have a plate. I may be able to buy one in the supermarket in France too, but it can wait until I get back. Been meaning to buy a complete camping set for a while now so that's probably what I will do.

In tonight's conversation with milady, I now understand how they're handling Covid in the countryside.  They're allowed to isolate at home, as all their symptoms were mild, and mostly over now.   Medication and tests are brought to them.

They confiscate all adult's ID cards on the first positive test.  Those cards are absolutely necessary for travel, even by private vehicle, due to checkpoints.  She's hoping to find out where her card is, the next time they come to check on them.  Our son still has a runny nose, though.

Think I'll f**k off on the bike next week. Don't know where, see where I end up. Think it will be good for my head. Just get a room in a pub or hotel each night. Just head North.

Really should of done this after finishing the last job.

Proper hit home now that I need time out, and being on the bike is when I feel happiest.

Same here. Back be biting me hard. Been packing and fixing and cleaning, aggravated it. A real drag.   Hope to catch a couple days rest now that I've completed some important tasks. Hasn't been much fun, that's for sure.

I am still confused as I checked the results and the pay out and it just shows the breakdown as expected for a normal LOTTO draw, it shows no one won but the breakdown has not filtered down, it shows a lucky dip ticket for those with 2 numbers.

I have won a lucky dip on 2 numbers with a fiver as a bonus but that didn't seem to be the case last night. There again if John got an extra fiver the Camelot results checker must be incorrect.

Agree with you.  I had an email for the same draw and I've only just noticed a prize had been deposited in my bank account.  £1,750 for 5 numbers with no extras.

That's a lovely sum but had it been a roll down that could have been 10 times the amount.

I have got 5 numbers one time and I got £1546, it was very welcome.

Just checked the Thai Air flights i booked a month ago for  £1860.

They've doubled in price lol. Must be demand, expected demand and fuel costs.

Prices to Thailand will rocket now probably!

Still happy I booked Finnair at £1757 for the 3 of us back in January. Starting to book internal flights now. Also glad I booked a bloody good promo fare from Bangkok to Manila, those prices going up as well.

Yes, i've been looking at domestic flights as well.

I remember people used to sue Apps, get good deals.

What are you using to book, who are you booking with?

My flights to Khon Kaen booked directly on ThaiSmile (Porn is a member and got 5% off) on  a 900 baht deal. I got an over 60s discount lol.

Booked direct with PAL for my flight to Manila, was a promo.

Looking at Air Asia for a flight to Nakhon Si Thamirat for connection to Koh Samui, they do a deal with bus to the port and ferry ticket across to the island.

Looking and waiting for the most recent updated version of the "Thai Pass" so I can begin preparing for completing that.

If anyone comes across the official updated version of this (since the new adjustments) that is easy to download it would be much appreciated... a night out (beers and meal on me) for anyone who can assist me with this.

My count down for "wheels up" is in progress. I want to get a handle with the Thai Pass thing sooner rather than later so that I have less to fret over when I am finalizing all of these other things I am working on.

If you're arriving on or after May 1st, you cannot apply on the Thai Pass site until 29th April, as they're updating it to reflect the new requirements from May 1st.

These people who come extremely well recommended will do it all for you for 1500 Baht, should you wish.
