Finally cracked, couldn't face another chicken sausage and warmed up processed ham at the hotel buffet.So took a taxi to O'malleys Irish pub on the Si lom rd for an Irish breakfast minus the eggs,my wife had what she described as a lovely Pad Thai Gung.

Tonight’s dinner booked at the local golf club.

Very nervous . . Couldn't wish for a better scenario, home to Huddersfield who are all but down and with them in disarray behind the scenes. But stranger things have happened, so counting no chickens and I can't see the fat lady yet . . But what an opportunity. We'd never have thought back to back promotions, but what a job our manager has done, really well supported by the board and the owners. The whole club is together as one, it's just brilliant. This time last year I actually flew back to see our final home game against Exeter, which we needed to win to guarantee promotion. We smashed them 6-0, so hoping for similar today. I'll be watching from behind my sofa. Was fortunately enough to meet one of our American owners the morning after, we were staying in the same hotel on Ipswich marina. Great guy and we ended up having a coffee together. I'm on the right in the pic, my mate on the left, with Brett Johnson, one of the "3 Lions" who part owns the club. Come on you blues . . .

Brilliant result for Ipswich. Town is in full on party mode I had my TXU Energi Town shirt on today watching the game in the Pub. Ipswich was absolutely rammed this morning, blue shirts everywhere - Princes Street opposite Portman Rd was awash with blue smoke and shirts, a really good atmosphere in the Town, the likes of which I've not really felt since the heady days of the FA Cup Win and UEFA Cup wins back in the glory days. @Krapow - don't forget Arnold Muhren and Franz Thysen - 2 great players from the land of the cloggies. Kevin Beattie as well who used to enjoy one or two beers in the pub we lived near to back then. Couple of pics, one taken by a potato and one of the Pub (Cricketers on Crown St) Great result, great game and both crowds very well behaved, a really good day out for the families as well. Gonna be a few sore heads in the morning.

A new bar has opened on Bongkoch Soi 8. Entrances on both sides of the building. I was riding up 2nd Rd and it was only after I had passed the 747 that it registered in my mind something had changed. The 747 is getting a new paint job. I wonder what will be replacing Aqua Scape Market on Beach Rd.

The new shop across from Nirun has opened. I wish them success. One problem I think they'll be facing when the rains return and the wind is from a northerly direction is their inventory is going to get soaked. They have retractable covers on three sides, but nothing on the front that I saw that they could pull down to stop wind driven rain from entering. Found it interesting all the price tags are in Thai. And just down the soi the workers are laboring away under the brutal sun.

Stress and anxiety related conditions are IMO the most challenging threats to our overall health. Period. I recognized the necessity to make adjustments regarding stress management decades ago. Making the changes required major sacrifices, but I believe when looking at the big picture well worth it. There will always be some degree of stress in our lives, it is natural and at reasonable levels even good for us. But, if not responsibly managed it will almost certainly lead to a number of painful health issues and a high probability of early death.

Delighted for you, and delighted for your Manager. From him growing up in Northern Ireland, playing for part time teams, to then getting a huge move to Spurs. Then having to retire at 22 from injury without being able to play a game. You'd be absolutely gutted! But he's some Manager, back to back promotions. Doesn't get better than that. Brilliant stuff! I had a few days of walking like John Wayne a few years ago whilst in Pattaya. I went commando and whilst mounting my motorbike, I sat straight on my scrotum. Very painful experience it was too. After that, I made sure that the boys were kept safety in the barracks at all times.

That is a great sight, a lovely looking brekky. Well worth getting to the location in order to eat that.

Ah a closet vegan.. everything looks great with that breakfast especially the sausage and bacon (and the toast & butter). But i would have gone for fried egg.

Just treated myself to a box of bran flake/nut mix. Marvelous. Also the usual Museli mix that I blend in with my yogurt and raisins. A Glasseye breakfast staple.

Used to eat cereal every morning but haven’t for a while, but bought some muesli a couple of days ago.

With Lazada and Shopee giving out free shipping... And very often being able to score 10-15-30% off the retail price if the coins and vouchers are all in line......I would be wary of trying to sell consumer goods.....I think a restaurant would be a much better bet...
