thumper63
Sunday dinner is Ribeyes and a salad. It was only a couple weeks ago that I was paying $16.99 a pound for these steaks and when they went on sale they came down to $10.99 a pound. Which was a great deal. As you can see they have now gone up to $19.99 Edited June 15, 2020 by thumper63 5

Evil Penevil
My breakfast: bacon on a freshly baked biscuit. Thick streaky bacon, fried crispy over low heat so most of the fat renders out. Why can't vegetables taste like that? Edited June 16, 2020 by Evil Penevil

But I looked up a recipe on the Internet and decided to try it. The salmon fillet: I topped it with a mixture of olive oil, lemon, chopped canned tomatoes and Italian spices, then baked it in foil in the oven. Not too bad, but more Italian-inspired salmon than Italian salmon. The fresh Alaskan cod was even better. I baked it with a garlic butter sauce. I had some of the leftovers the next day as my own version of Surf 'n Turf with a small piece of beef rib eye steak and smoked streaky bacon. Perhaps a riskier option just a few yards further towards Buakhao at Malee. 1
