It was a saag tofu which I added some mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Fills it out but with low calories.

Man, that looks good mate.

A good hollandaise sauce should have a bit of tang (lemon juice I believe).

A bit of western fusion here as there wasn’t enough of either to go round. It was delicious.

Spaghetti bolognese, omelette and baked beans with a bit of bbq pork on the side.
