There is a place in The Central Festival that looks out onto the beach (I think it's the 4th floor). I hit that place many times. Very good.

Nice. Used to cook up roast like that all the time. Beef prices here and a lack of oven has made that somewhat prohibitive for me lately. 

A good roast one of the best things and easy to do. Quality of the meat is the key, and you certainly know your stuff on that.

Where'd you make the score ?

BTW.... the plate gives me tiny little goose bumps.

That is a Tri Tip and they have them here at friendship never seen them anywhere else here in Thailand. They also have flat irons too.

Here is the before photo .80Kg and i ate the whole thing
