Yessongs
Great report, really enjoyable read. For sure some of the massage gals for me turned out quite nice, especially on their days off and coming to your room was so easy for me. Good to see most everything is working out well for you.

Popular Post Britboy
Well, I'm getting to experience all Thailand has to offer - good and bad. The good is bank girl, who just spent 4 days and nights with me. She left yesterday afternoon to go back to Rangsit, where she lives. She's such a nice lady (she's 37 though looks late 20's). Really does "take care" in the lovely Thai traditional sense. Having said that, I've lived on my own for 10 years now and it's so different having someone else around 24/7. I do need my own space, plus I have to work at times, which requires maximum concentration. I also want to do things like watch the football on tv. To be fair to her, once I explained a few things, she blended in really well, left me alone when I needed it but ,"took care" at the right times. One of the things that I do dislike when sleeping with TG's is the limpet effect, i.e. they want to hug all night. I've even had some that want to hold my dick all night. Can't be having that - once the bedroom activities are completed, I want my space in bed, no clingon until the morning. She got that too, thankfully and I did sleep well even though I had a bed companion for 4 nights. Now the bad - and shit, it had the potential to go really, really bad. Friday night we decided to stay local in Jomtien, so went to La Bocca for dinner. I've got to know the guys in there well, the food is great and always have a good time. Nice dinner, decided we'd have a couple of drinks in another bar. We crossed the road and there was one bar that had no customers, but looked ok. Went in, couple of beers, few other people came in and ended up playing Killer pool against the girls working there and a couple of customers. Good fun. Left around 11.30 and we walked up to Foodmart to buy a few bits. Came out of there, both of us with bags in both hands and walked back to the lights. Traffic lights on red, no cars turning left, just a few cars queued in the 2nd and 3rd lanes. We walked across, as always I was looking both ways. She was on my left, I was looking right to make sure no oncoming bikes. Got to the 3rd lane and I looked right, down the outside lane, where there were no cars queuing. Saw this motorbike zooming down the outside lane, I immediately stopped, pulling back a bit, in front of the queuing cars in lane 2. I looked to my left and said stop but my girl was already 1 step out into the outside lane. She jumped forward but it was too late. Smack, this fucking bike hit her, knocking the shopping everywhere and hitting her side on with a hell of a thud, obviously knocking her to the ground. I was in shock. It was a young girl on the motorbike, she skidded and came off, but was not hurt. How my girl wasn't really badly injured, God knows. She must have been doing 30 mph, fucking cow. I was so, so angry. First call obviously was my girl. She had a bad mark on her right arm and it was instantly very swollen. Looked like it was broken. She had a dent on the back of her leg too, which was really painful. Other than that, she was unscathed. Incredible. She handled it so well, hadn't banged her head, but her arm looked bad. This bitch of a girl tried to say the light was green. I took a picture of her and her bike, so had the license. I also looked around and there were cameras on the junction, so I pointed to them and said something along the lines of "they will tell us, bitch". She pulled a face, showed no compassion or remorse whatsoever. I could have smacked her and very nearly did. A few bystanders had come over by this time, in particular the Thai lady owner of the bar near the junction and her farang bf. They said to me that they saw what happened and would be happy to be witnesses. I was concerned for my girl, obviously. By this time a youngish guy had shown up who said he was "police". I said show me a badge, prove to me you are police. All I got was a shrug of the shoulders. My girl was unbelievably with it, so I said to her "can you call the police?". She did. I also asked if anyone had called an ambulance. This "cop" said he had, but we waited there at least 20 minutes before the ambulance showed up. At the same time, what looked like a real cop showed up. I didn't know what best to do - go in the ambulance with my girl or wait around to speak to the cops. I didn't want this bitch to get off with what was dangerous/reckless driving. My girl wasn't too bad, so I spoke to the ambulance guy and asked where they were taking her. Bangkok Hospital, Pattaya was the answer. Ok, so I said to my girl that I'd sort things out with the cops then come to the hospital. Meanwhile, the first "cop" that had shown up produced this badge. Wasn't a proper cop badge, but it was a badge. So the real "cop" started to speak to the bitch motorbike lady. My thoughts were best I keep out of that. The cameras (if they were working) would show the truth, plus I had witnesses who would back our story. So I interrupted and said that I'd be in the bar across the road when he wanted to speak to me. Guess what? He never came over to speak to me. He spoke to the girl, a couple of other Thai people who had been bystanders, not sure if they saw the accident or not. I had taken a picture of the badge of the first "cop" that arrived and showed it to the Thai lady bar owner. She had worked for the police in a previous life and she identified the guy as "Municipal", so not a real cop. I watched as a police truck showed up, loaded the motorbike and took it away. Then everybody dispersed, I was having a "calm me down" beer when my lady called from the hospital. Amazingly her arm wasn't broken. They took x-rays and it was just very badly bruised. Same with her leg. Absolutely unbelievable and I was so relieved. I asked if she needed me to come to the hospital (I was concerned about her being able to cover the cost) she said no, she had it covered (4,200 baht), I'm waiting for a taxi and will be back with you very soon. So she arrived at the bar as I was finishing my beer, but she was ready for a drink too, even though she rarely drinks alcohol. We stayed for a while, chatting with this lady bar owner, who was terrific, as was her farang bf. As it turned out, it was a good job my girl did call the police herself, because that meant they had to register the accident in the police log. One of the bystanders had kindly re-bagged all the shopping, so around 1 am, with real trepidation, we crossed the same road to get back to my condo. It was really difficult to sleep that night, more for me than for her. I hugged her till she dropped off, I then rolled over but couldn't sleep. So many things going through my mind. The main one being that if we hadn't both had both hands full of bags of shopping I'd have been holding her hand and would have pulled her back. I was so angry and in the morning we went to the police station. On the way there, my girl said "oh, when I was in the hospital the girl called me to ask if I was ok". I was gobsmacked. First thing I said was "how the f**k did she get your number?" Turns out the police gave it to her, from the info my girl had given to the hospital when they checked her in. WTF? How can the police legitimately give a victim's phone number to the perpetrator? That has all sorts of connotations. So we walked into the police station and I was ready for a real scrap. I told my girl that I was a witness only, everything needed to be under her name, but that we need to "do" this young bitch. First time ever in a Thai police station. Utter chaos. Queues of people waiting to pay "fines" and a separate room they label "one stop shop", whatever that's supposed to mean. So we wait a short while, then get called to sit down in front of one of the senior cops. My girl gave the details of location and time of accident, the guy went onto his PC, got up and walked over to the main desk and brought over a piece of paper. Again I was gobsmacked. The motorbike girl had made a statement and admitted liability. I have no idea how that happened - whether the police viewed the camera footage, whether another witness told her she was in the wrong or whether she'd got a conscience. As my girl explained this to me she also recalled what she'd overheard while she was waiting for the ambulance to arrive. This girl had said to someone (possibly the "cop" or a bystander, she wasn't sure, was that she didn't own the motorbike, it was owned by her ex-boyfriend. So quite possibly she had no insurance and was worried if she contested it the cops might dig more. Don't know. But whatever the reason for her admitting liability, it didn't matter to us. Her statement was full of remorse and apologies as well. So when we finished there I took her back to the hospital as they needed to do a follow up check and change the dressings, which we did. Another 1,110 baht. We took it easy on the Sunday and on Monday she had to return to the police station as they wanted her and the bike girl there at the same time to agree costs, compensation and for them to sign it off. The bike girl turns out to be 21, from Bangkok and just moved to Pattaya, working in a coffee shop. She was very apologetic when she saw us, wai'd big time to me and gave us lots of remorse. Her English was passable and surprisingly she was on her own. I was expecting some oik to be with her. Working in a coffee shop she's not a wealthy girl. While I was wanting to sting her big time (not for the money, but for the principle because she was so bloody reckless) but it was up to my girl, not me. I pushed her a bit and said that she shouldn't be compensated just for the medical bills, but the trauma involved as well all the taxis we'd had to take, there and back, to the police station and the hospital. Total actual costs were just over 7,000. My girl said 10,000 as a total, to which this girl agreed, but that she couldn't pay it in one go. I suggested 2,000 per month and she agreed to that. So it ended up that my girl had to sit in front of the cops laptop and type an agreement to that effect, dictated by the cop, which was signed by both parties, witnessed by the police with a pic taken as further confirmation. Incredible sequence of events and thankfully it all turned out ok. But the bruises that came out on my girl after a couple of days were horrendous. Black and blue all down her arm and back of her right leg. She was really sore. But shows what kind of girl she is. Incredibly she felt really bad because she considered that she'd caused me a lot of wasted time helping her and that the accident had curtailed our bedroom activities. It obviously had, but that was the last thing I was thinking about. On the 2nd morning she insisted on giving me a handie with her left hand!! Bless her. Here's a pic of my girl finishing off the agreement:- Edited September 3, 2019 by Britboy 9 1

It was they "cop" and the cop that showed up at the scene that had me concerned, cos they didn't even talk to me. Plus the ambulance took an age to arrive, and my girl told me that they actually took a slight diversion on the way to the hospital to pick up another accident victim. Homor
If that happened in Ireland or uk ( don’t know about other countries) you would have every solicitor within a 20 mile radius looking for your business. It would take years to come to come to a payout and solicitor and doctors would get more out of it . in Thailand from accident to payout took less then a week and all sides happy . I think I perfer Thailand’s way of doing things , Glad to hear she is ok . 1

I'm not sure what would have happened if the motorbike girl had contested it. It may have then dragged on much longer, so I'm grateful for that. The accident happened just after midnight on Friday night and was all signed, sealed and witnessed by 2 pm on Monday. Unfortunately I often cross that same road a few times every day/night. It's highly dangerous at the best of times and I cack myself every time I take my life in my hands to cross it. They really need to tighten up those lights and make all sides show red lights with no left turns on red for a minute or so to allow people to (hopefully) cross safely. Last night I stopped in Nana bar, which is at the bottom of Thappraya Road, just before the right turn down towards the beach. Sat with the owner for an hour, sitting on the roadside side of the bar on a stool. Witnessed two accidents (minor) and a motorbike zooming down the pavement. Fucking dangerous here . . .

It's not actually safe to walk on the bloody pavement, let alone cross the road, in Thailand generally. No law enforcement on motorbikes zooming down the pavement, both ways. I saw a video recently (on Stickboy if memory serves) of a Thai lady standing on the pavement at a place in BKK where motorbikes are always taking short cuts across the pavement. She stood her ground, stopping them and got a load of stick for doing it. Ridiculous. Until the police here enforce the law and start protecting pedestrians against that there will continue to be numerous people hit while innocently walking on what's supposed to be a safe environment. Having lived here now for over a month that's the one thing that really pisses me off about the place. Being here for the usual 10 nights on holiday previously I tended to just put up with it, mai pen rai. But being here permanently it's really getting on my tits and so tempted to say something or take a stand, but that could be dangerous. All of a sudden 10 of their mates show up and you end up getting a kicking. The Gentleman's Club is Kit Kat. It's in an L-shaped pedestrian precinct, with access from beach road, near the police building on the promenade or from a side road off the main road drag that runs between a couple of bars. There's another one in Jomtien too, Passion. Not been there yet, but it's walkable from Jomtien town centre. I plan on giving that a try over the next few days.

Yep, it's lethal. I sat in the bar right on that junction the other night with the owner who kindly offered to be a witness. Sat for an hour, saw at least 5 incidents that could easily have turned into accidents, including a coach doing a fucking u-turn (it was a 7-point turn) which is illegal there and clearly signposted "no u-turn". It took him about 5 minutes to do it, holding traffic up and causing a jam as the lights changed 2 or 3 times during that time. Just don't get the mentality. When people at home ask me, "isn't it dangerous over there?" I reply that the only danger I ever encounter in Thailand is crossing busy roads on foot every day....you really have to pay attention and you can't take any driver's potential actions for granted; here in my corner of Canada, the pedestrian is God and can bring four lanes of traffic to a screeching (or sliding, in winter) halt at a crosswalk and then amble across taking their own sweet time about it - I'd like to see them try that in BKK or Pattaya, lol..... As for Passion Club, it's only about a 5-7 minute walk in from the Hanuman statue - just keep your eyes open because the sign at the end where you turn right is quite small; it's a nice little place and there are often some good lookers working there too. You should grab a taxi and make it out to Blush, as well - it's pretty impressive since its recent makeover...too bad I wasn't there right now, I'd take you on a tour of Jomtien clubs.... 3
Britboy
Thanks @maipenrai, much appreciated. Haven't heard of Blush, will look it up. As it's Friday, very little threat of rain, and I feel satisfied that I've done a fair bit of work for my UK business, I feel justified in bunking off this afternoon. I'll head to Passion to see what it's like. Need to gauge how to keep the tanks full for when my bank girl comes on Sunday. An emptying this afternoon and perhaps tomorrow night (I have a plan on who this is going to be) by Sunday evening when she arrives I should be ready to rock and roll . . . Britboy
Just a follow up from my post in "post a pic of your brekkie", which I did yesterday, explaining that I like to go and have a quiet breakfast in a quiet restaurant, read the Bangkok Post, do the sudoku and crossword and just chill. Well, that went to pot today. I actually woke up at 7.30 this morning, pottered about a bit, did a few emails, then walked down beach road to find my little breakfast hideaway (it's called Olala). It's two doors away from Sand Bar. Well, this morning, there was a massive crane outside Sandbar, a couple of trucks and half a dozen blokes. I obviously wondered what was going on. I sat down in Olala, ordered my usual egg and bacon and was just starting my first cappuccino when they started using chainsaws on the very large, dead tree that sits in the middle of Sand Bar. What a bloody racket. They cut it down in sections, put each section on the road, then cut that up in sections so it would fit on a pickup truck. The noise was unbearable and could see it was going to take a good couple of hours for them to complete the job. Scoffed down my egg and bacon and legged it as soon as I could. It ruined breakfast for all the folks in Olala. I couldn't believe there were still people in the other section of Sand Bar still eating breakfast. It was deafening two buildings down, actually being in there must have been unbearable.
Popular Post Britboy
Quick update. I've now been in country for 6 weeks, everything has settled down, have a great condo, a Thai bank account, sending money to it via Transferwise (thoroughly recommended) and into somewhat of a routine. Since last update haven't actually been to a gogo - been working quite a bit and by the end of the day often can't be arsed to get ready and trek into Pattaya. I had a feeling that once everything you want is on your doorstep, the "I can't be arsed" attitude does come into play at times. I have had a couple of "take outs" from TF. Both were stunners but I find with TF it's all very mechanical. Very little feeling and it's the proverbial wham, bam, thank you ma'am. Quite unsatsifying in truth. One thing that has come to the fore is dealing with "Thai time". I'm having difficultly dealing with that. I organised another meet with a TF girl, looked very hot in her pics and thought I'd have a session at lunch time, after working all morning. So I set this up at around 9.30 am for her to arrive at midday. Sent her all the address details, etc to which she replied and said "see you at 12" So it gets to 12.15 no sign of her, no message. So I messaged, where are you? She replied "drying my hair in hair salon". I said you were supposed to be here at 12, she replied I be there in 15 minutes. So 20 minutes go by, still no sign of her, no message. I message her again, where are you? She replied "I'm on my way" and sent me a location, which was about 3 miles away. The moment had gone for me, so I told her to forget it, I'm now going out. While I can be flexible, if I set a time I expect people to keep to it, or at least message if there's a problem. She could have squeezed in another bang before coming to me, who knows? She was shocked that I cancelled, but not having that. She wanted 2k as well. Her loss. Had another example of Thai timekeeping with bank girl. We'd planned for her to come to Jomtien last Sunday, from Rungsit. I asked if she wanted me to send a car to pick her up, to which she said no, I'm fine. I'll come on the bus with my mum, she needs to go to Pattaya. No problem, so asked what time she'll be here. Between 3 and 4 was the answer. So I planned my day. Went for a reasonably early breakfast near my condo on beach road and thought I'd skip lunch and take her out for something nice to eat when she gets here. So I then did some work and hung around the condo. Got to 3.30 pm, no message from her since the morning, so sent her a message asking where she was. I could see she hadn't read the message after 15 minutes or so, so sent another message "what time are you going to be here?" She finally replied "I don't know". WTF? I asked where she was, and got a location back which was still way outside Pattaya. I got a garbled message back to the tune of her brother ended up driving them and her mum wanted to stop off to look at possible premises for her business. She said she didn't know this was going to happen. I was so mad. I was starving hungry, told her to forget coming here, I'm going out to the bars and gogos. I didn't, but wanted her to know the repercussions of fucking me about. I then went quiet for hours, she sent apologetic messages, sent me a pic of her at the Naklua bus station waiting for a bus back to Rungsit, a pic of her actually on the bus going home and a bunch of messages when she did get home apologising. Part of me felt sorry for her, as I know she didn't plan on being late. But she should understand her travel arrangements, what her mum and brother planned on and tell me. She didn't. Again through a garbled message she said she thought her brother was going to drop mum off at home then drop her off at mine to meet the timeframe. She said they got stopped by a police checkpoint, where her brother had to explain where they were going. She said that was the first she knew they were doing a grand detour to look for business premises. She definitely has the message now, but let's see. I tried to explain that it's not good to just be quiet. I had planned my day, was bloody starving by 4 pm and she hadn't communicated. If she'd have messaged me at say midday and told me she wouldn't be able to get here before 7 pm, fine, I can accept that and would have changed my day accordingly. Don't just ignore the issue and leave someone expecting something that isn't going to happen. The test will come tomorrow - she's coming to Jomtien. I'm going to play things cool and just see how she handles it. Other than the TF take outs I've only had gogo girl here once in the last two weeks. For readers of my previous updates this is the one that caused my helmet to triple in size, along with teeth scrapes. Thought I'd give her another shot after telling her countless times to be gentle. She was much more gentle, but still clumsy and heavy handed. It's concerning if I'm constantly thinking about the safety of my bits and pieces, which makes the sex very unsatisfying. Although more gentle, still had a sore knob for 24 hours, so I think that'll be the last time I see her. Plus she's getting too clingy. She left yesterday to go home for 2 weeks and tried to get me to commit to "no ladies" while she's away. No bloody way. Her English is awful and general common sense poor. She's very naive. The night I saw her I offered to go to her bar, to make her look good. Buy her a few drinks and barfine her. I figured that would be good for her "face" as she's never accepted the offer of a barfine in her gogo and she recently left there to work in a bar with her "mama" as she calls her. Not her real mum, but an older lady who has "taken care" of her. She gave me the wrong bar name. Incredible. She finally sent me a location, but because she'd given me the wrong name, I had no chance. Those location maps aren't always particularly accurate. So there was me looking for "Dream Bar" when she was actually working in Lucky Shot bar. It's at the end and to the right off one of the side roads off Soi Bukhau. Anyway, I was standing in the dirt area outside a string of bars when she came running out of Lucky Shot and flung her arms round me. Spent an hour in there. A pretty crappy bar (they all are along there). Her two bosses were happy to see her happy, but only stayed an hour as the other 3 ladies working there and one of the bosses were trying their best to rinse me of ladydrinks. I bought them one each, but when they started pestering for more, I check-binned, barfined and legged it. My girl did get a big round of applause and shrieks from the other girls, not only from Lucky Shot, but also the two bars either side, as they were all aware this was her first ever barfine. I did go to Le Pub on Saturday night to watch the England game. Thoroughly enjoyable. Great place @misteregg, will be in again soon. 4
