The only thing I can find so far is ( https://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/world-leaders-are-attending-queen-elizabeth-iis-funeral-rcna48028 😞 Quote Monarchs attending from outside Europe include Japan's Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako. Funny bit ( https://www.ndtv.com/world-news/queen-elizabeths-funeral-who-is-invited-and-who-is-not-3349042 😞 Quote Dutch King Willem-Alexander, Queen Maxima and Crown Princess Beatrix, Former Queen Beatrix isn't Crown Princess, that is Amalia. Popular Post Derek Dangleberries
I did my usual 2 hour walk this morning. A lot of that time was spent thinking about how much I miss my Mum and how embarrassed I was in '75 when she turned up at the Tower of London and asked to see the "Ceremony of the Keys" because her "little boy" was in it... We laughed about it regularly for years.... but they did let her in..!! But then I remembered that I had also taken part in the ceremonial funeral for The Duke of Gloucester in '74. I cringe at some of the things that happened that day... but I was only 17 and just out of training so I absolve myself from guilt!! It is going to be a very long arduous day for those taking part in today's duties. Good Luck to all !!! Semper Fidelis from the Dangleberry family!! 5
Derek Dangleberries
The Queen has just passed the Cenotaph. It must have been heartbreaking for Harry to look ahead and not salute ... I shan't comment any further on that issue though!
Derek Dangleberries
On a final note: I'm guessing that after she drove through the gates of Hyde Park she passed the Thai Embassy on the right....

Big mention to the Scots for organising things so well in Balmoral, Dundee along the route and Edinburgh. The pipers today with the Skye Boat song and the Pipers Lament at the very end so powerful, emotional and stirring. Queen loved Scotland ........ here's to another 70 years of Great Britain ...... 9 2

Popular Post Aqualung
Talking with a few Swedish people today who know I'm from England..... All had good things to say about Her Majesty. It's a history kind of thing I guess as we as UK citizens hold dear our heritage. We'll, I do anyway. I don't think there are many countries who could say the same to be honest. Today, even though I was upset, I'm proud of the way did we the Queens funeral. Totally faultless and the envy of many I bet. I will miss her for sure. 8 1
