Horizondave Posted October 6, 2018 Share Posted October 6, 2018 Just got in from shopping after buying a pair of trousers size 34 waist. I haven't got into a 34 waist in over 35 years. Lost so much weight doctor has sent me for tests but I feel fine. Bought some scales as well, my weight had dropped 1.5 stones in 5 months. need to check how I am doing as haven't weighed myself for 3 weeks. Good luck on positive results from the tests When i spent a year in Thailand in 2001/02 i went out a loose fitting 34 waist.Had to buy a pair of 40 for the plane home.😀 Sitting about drinking all day is not good for you.Soon lost it when got back working and down the gym.
