Sit on your hands for a couple of weeks, it makes little sense trying to travel this close to a posible minimal quarantine after Nov 1st. Alan I am not 100% sure but my understanding is that hotel quarantine is only required following entry to UK from a country on the red list, which Thailand no longer is.
