Keep the pressure off it, take the anti inflams and don't do any Morris dancing. I busted 2 metatarsals a week before my holiday to thailand a few years ago, but went anyway and walked everywhere with a limp for 2 weeks, came home, got an X ray only to be told it was busted but is repairing nicely, here's a crutch and a spastic boot to wear, and good luck and f**k off. The NHS is totally f***** mate, my sister could'nt get a doctors appt so as she was in pain she went to A&E and waited 8 hours to be seen, just as well she did as her problem was quite serious. Back to the hotel heavily laden with food, vests and caps for a short snoooooze before heading up to Siamburis to load up with non perishables... He was recovering from some surgery. They gave him Ambien to help him with sleep. He got up in the middle of the night. He started to do laundry and was ironing his shirts. I couldn't help but to watch the show. lol Finally I yelled at him. He looked at me all pissed off and climbed back into bed. Fcuking funny as hell, the s.o.b.
