Couple of barbecue chicken thighs from the air fryer. And some wedges fresh and not frozen also air fried. I have found the perfect way for me anyway to cook fresh chips wedges whatever you want to call them in the air fryer. I hear all the time that the potatoes here in Thailand are bad. I figured it out I cut wedges out of fresh potatoes put them in a glass bowl full of water in the microwave for 8 minutes of course if you're cutting thinner potatoes you need less time but these are pretty thick wedges. When they're done I drain the water off and I shock them with cold water then add a little sesame oil salt white pepper. Put them in the refrigerator to cool down then into the air fryer at 140° for approximately 30 or 40 minutes that will cook them 100%, then 5 minutes at 200 in the air fryer and they come out perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside perfect.

I'm guessing there's going to be 20 units or more in that area with no parking and technically very little foot traffic I just don't see it

I heard them working this morning and seeing no gate on the 3rd Rd side I says to myself, there must be another entrance they're using. And lo and behold, just down Soi 14 I spied the entrance to the backside of the complex.

And so it goes. Second Road in front of Avenue Shopping Center.

Update on Nicky's new place. I talked to Debbie yesterday about the floor plan for the new location. She said the new place will have about half the indoor floor space, but there will be an outdoor bar area. For those that are customers, you've probably noticed the quirky door that often times gets left slightly opened. I asked Debbie if the new place will have the same door and the answer was no, the new place will have an auto door closer. We had a chuckle over that as a customer had just walked in as I was asking the question and had left the door slightly ajar. The hoped for opening date is the first week in July. Not much progress since the last photo update a month ago.

Just beautiful, a mate in the UK bought a restoration project back in the mid 90's and i witnessed its complete rebuild over 2/3 years, money was tight. The finished car was a dream machine, i wonder if he's still got it, if he has it would be worth a small fortune.

Our County Hospital A&E have a separate triage department, so after you book in at reception, you proceed to the triage area where a specialist nurse takes your details, plus BP etc and if required, they can cut down the wait for doctors to order XRay by sending you for them directly, so they can reduce the time you’re in A&E. When my son fractured his leg, the triage team had him XRay’d, looked at the fractured leg XRay and sent him directly to the Orthopaedic technician who set his leg and a second XRay was taken to make sure the leg was set correctly. Only then did a doctor see him and confirm the fracture and that a plaster and fibreglass cast was the best treatment for his type of leg fracture. The doctor spent around 1 minute looking at the XRay’s and 1 minute confirming the cast was applied properly. Our son was in and out in couple of hours.
