For years after I stayed there I still brought my laundry to the folks downstairs on the other side of IRovers. I think ndtvi did a segment on this as it was undergoing renovation. Wasn't it previously owned by the guy who has Billabong?. Either way it's a good thing to see. I always liked Climax, they often had a decent band and good crowd. Not a clue on ownership m8, not a regular, can't be doing with all the noise at my time of life...
